Jisc is carrying out a survey to better understand how people use SHERPA Services, how they can be developed in line with user needs and look at options for sustainability. We would really appreciate your participation!
Aim and objectives of the survey:
To collect impact data on a number of Sherpa Services (RoMEO, JULIET, FACT, OpenDOAR and RSP):
- To understand who is using the services.
- To understand what value/importance people place on the services in their workflows.
- Understand how people are using particular services so that we can better develop the systems and respond to user needs, concerns or wishes.
- To help provided the information to support Jisc internal decision making with shared services planning and sustainability.
Timing:
The survey closes Monday 26th January.
Duration:
The survey will take approximately 30min to complete.
You will have already noted that there is also another survey, from the Centre for Research Communications (CRC), in circulation to get feedback on the scope and shape for a potential new service to support REF compliance – SHERPA/REF – which is being funded by HEFCE. This has been sent out by the CRC via a separate email.
Thank you in advance for participating in these surveys. Your input will be extremely important.
