A Cohesive Strategy for Repository Shared Services

Ahead of the Repository FringeRepository shared services 2014 conference in Edinburgh , Jisc has created a useful infographic to help all those involved in the implementation of OA navigate more easily the range of UK repository services which aim to deliver a connected national infrastructure to support OA.

Related to this, there will an opportunity at the Repository Fringe 2014 to see a presentation on the RIOXX Application Profile and Guidelines.

The RIOXX application profile has been developed by Jisc via EDINA and Chygrove Ltd with close input from RCUK and HEFCE to meet their policy requirements.

You can register for the Repository Fringe and attend this session: : http://www.eventbrite.com/e/repository-fringe-2014-tickets-11006086501?aff=eac2

It will be an opportunity to:

  • Ask questions about the RIOXX application profile.
  • Find out about the timeline for implementation.
  • Find out about the planned activity for support.
